The sole purpose of this Privacy Policy is to protect the data of its users and to disclose what data we possessed in exchange of our services. App will use personal information in order to function properly. This App does not automatically capture any specific personal information from you, (like name, phone number, or e-mail address), that allows us to identify you individually. II. Location Information

The app collects location information while availing services. It collects location information for two purposes. We collect information about the Border State/District, where the vehicle previously or currently located (Barrier/Border State or District) and to the State that you intend to visit (Visiting State). Apart from that, third parties may access your live location during your payment process.

III. Financial Information

We collect some important financial information such as Account Holder's Name, UPI Id, amount transferred and sometimes Mobile no. which depends on third-party payment gateway which are necessary for the execution of tax payment and other mandatory compliances. We do not collect any sensitive data such as Debit/Credit card details, password or any financial information as such other than mentioned above. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by any third-party or through any payment gateways as intimated above. Sadak Seva encourages you to consult directly with such third-parties about their privacy practices.

IV. Cookies

  • Your device has the in-built facility for storing "cookies" – that hold information that allows App to recognize your preferences such as autofill as mentioned hereabove. Our App takes advantage of this facility to enhance your experience. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your App's device and stored on your device's hard drive.
  • When you browse through our app, we may collect information regarding the mobile/ tab device details, domain, and host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol [IP] address of the device or Internet service provider [ISP] you are using, and anonymous site statistical data.

  • The details shared by the user will be used to create tax slips for payment of taxes levied by State government for their respective vehicles for the purpose border tax payment. We precisely use your personal data which includes Your vehicle no., Border and Visiting State, and your Name.
  • Some other information can also be collected as when it is required for the operation of the app in order to provide quality services and same will be intimated beforehand in our Privacy Policy which is listed and not limited to.

II. Administrative Purposes

This app may use Personal Information about you for its administrative purposes, including to: measure interest in our Services; improve our Services and develop new services; enforce the Terms that govern our Services or this Privacy Policy; protect our Services, systems, information, employees, business partners, service providers, users, customers or others; verify Individual identity; prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; and process payment for Services purchased.

  • Contract: When you subscribe to the Services, we need to process some of your personal information such as name, payment information, address and email in order to provide you with the agreed Services.

4. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY:

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on the App to any third party (public/ private) except in the cases mentioned under Clause (3)(I)(b) and 3(III). If you encounter any redirection to any third-party platform from our app, in that case we will not be responsible for any data theft, injury and/or mishappening. We Sadak Sewa, urge you to be kindly aware that when you leave our app through redirection or/and hyperlink, other sites or apps may have different privacy policies and terms which are beyond our control. 5. RETENTION OF YOUR DATA:

We may retain data provided by User for as long as they use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We may retain Automatically Collected information also for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of application and thereafter may store it in aggregate. All personal information collected may be retained on the mobile device for a period of 12 months from the date of collection after which, if it has not already been uploaded to the Server, will be purged from the App.

6. DATA SECURITY:

Any information provided to our App will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We gather certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our App unless an attempt to damage the App has been detected.

Except for authorised law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular deletion. Unauthorised attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Indian IT Act.

7. CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY:

You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you use the Services after the updated Privacy Policy which will be posted on the Services.
